Before any physical training commences, clients are

health screened and lifestyle analysed.  The initial consultation

 will help establish specific realistic goals; needs; likes and limitations

 to determine exercise intensities, frequency and duration in order to make

 your fitness regime successful. 
 

Your health screen and exercise counseling determines any

 contradictions for injury or disease and evaluates any health

 risk factors.  It may be necessary to work in liaison with your general

 practitioner or health care professional in order to provide safe

 effective specific programs designed for your

 individual requirements. 
 

At your initial consultation, I will ask you to fill out several forms

 including a screen form, a fitness consent form, and a GP consent

form; which you need to take to your doctor to sign.

   If the required consent forms are signed with no objections

 from your GP, you will be asked to sign a contract

 agreeing to my terms and conditions.
