From the first consultation I will be able to asses your

 current fitness levels and devise a program

 that will suit your ability, current lifestyle and most

 importantly you.  After each training session

 your progress will be reviewed and your program

 amended accordingly to the SMART method (Specific Measurable Accurate/Agreed Realistic Time Framed)
 

The program can be offered to you in a variety

 of locations; in your home, a private gymnasium, outdoors

 or my private studio. 
 

With the motivation that I provide and the varying

 exercise regimes, you will soon begin to notice the

 change in your body not only physically but mentally too.
